Consumer Guarantees

Products bought from FIRENZE STORE come with consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. These protections apply automatically and cannot be removed by our store policies.

What you can expect

Goods must meet reasonable expectations of quality, including safety and durability, and match their description. Other guarantees may apply, including suitability for a purpose made known before purchase.

How long a product should reasonably last depends on its nature, price and the circumstances. Consumer guarantees are separate from any additional warranty and are not limited to our 30-day change-of-mind policy.

If a product has a problem

Contact us with your order number or other proof of purchase and a description of the issue. You do not need the original packaging to raise a statutory claim.
