These terms apply to purchases from firenzestore.com.au, operated by FIRENZE STORE PTY LTD (ABN 98 703 198 967; ACN 703 198 967).

Choosing your items

Review the product description, selected variant, quantity and any dimensions before ordering. Photographs may include styling objects that are not part of the purchase. Screens can display colours differently; this does not affect your rights where goods fail to match their description.

Prices and payment

The currency, item prices, discounts and delivery charges are displayed during checkout. Any applicable taxes are shown as part of the checkout total. Payment is processed using the methods available at checkout.

Orders and availability

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. Acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch. If we cannot supply an item or identify an error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and offer an appropriate resolution, including a refund for an item we cannot supply. We will not charge a different price without your agreement.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us promptly. We will check the order's progress and explain what is possible.
