30-day change-of-mind returns

If a piece is not quite right for you, request a return within 30 days of delivery through our contact form. Include your order number and the item you would like to return.

For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging, with any supplied parts or accessories. Please provide proof of purchase. This policy also applies to sale items.

Contact us before posting the parcel so we can confirm eligibility and the return address. Pack the piece securely. You pay the return postage for a change-of-mind return; we recommend a tracked service and keeping the postage receipt. Original delivery charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns unless required by law.

Once we have received and checked an eligible return, we will refund the amount you paid for the returned item. If you want another piece, contact us to discuss its availability.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

The 30-day limit and unused/original-packaging conditions do not restrict your statutory rights. If you believe something is wrong, contact us with your order details and a description. We may assess the item and will explain the next steps, including how to share photographs.

For a major failure, you may choose a refund or replacement. For a minor failure, we will provide a free remedy within a reasonable time; further remedies are available if the problem is not resolved. You may also have a right to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss.

We will arrange or reimburse reasonable return costs for a confirmed fault. Keep postage receipts. Contact us first to agree a suitable method, particularly for a fragile or difficult-to-return item.

Refunds and consumer guarantees

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method unless we agree otherwise. We will process them without unnecessary delay; payment-provider processing times can vary.

Any stated warranty is additional to your consumer guarantees. Those rights do not automatically end after 30 days or when a warranty ends. Read our Consumer Guarantees page for more information.
